Chris started in the industry in 1982 and joined Osborne Company in 1984. Chris is responsible for overseeing the management of our territory sales managers, wholesale corporate accounts, builder accounts and key production plumbers. Chris is also responsible for the management of our Hawaii territory. Chris is a graduate of Ferris State University with an Associate Degree in General Education.
Bill started in the industry in 1988 and joined Osborne Company in 2001. Bill is responsible for manufacturer relations and overseeing the company’s engineering, business development, service and aftermarket sales divisions. Bill is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Cindy started in the industry in 1990 and joined Osborne Company in 2011. Cindy is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and provides support to our inside sales team and accounting departments. Cindy carries a license in General Engineering from the state of CA.
Ashley began her career in the industry in 2003, joined Osborne Company in 2007, and became its President in 2021. He is responsible for manufacturer relations and leads the company’s overall strategy, operations, and strategic business decisions, guiding Osborne Company’s long‑term growth and organizational direction.
He is a graduate of the University of Vermont, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
John began his career in 1976 as an outside sales representative for Osborne-Schuepbach Companies. In 1980, John became a junior partner with Osborne Company, a business founded in 1973 by his late father, Dan Osborne. John became president of the agency in 1984 and has maintained ownership of the Osborne Company since 1988. As our CEO, John is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the daily business and the company’s management team.
