Ashley started in the industry in 2003 and joined Osborne Company in 2007.  Ashley is responsible for manufacturer relations and overseeing the company’s overall strategy, operations, strategic business decisions and commercial sales division.  Ashley is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

John began his career in 1976 as an outside sales representative for Osborne-Schuepbach Companies. In 1980, John became a junior partner with Osborne Company, a business founded in 1973 by his late father, Dan Osborne. John became president of the agency in 1984 and has maintained full ownership of the Osborne Company since 1988. John is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the daily business and the company’s management team.
