Jim started in the industry in 1983 and joined Osborne Company in 2011. Jim is responsible for maintaining relationships with our mechanical contractor, consulting engineer, facility and end-user partners in the territory. Jim Thurston has vast experience in commercial plumbing and piping as a business owner, estimator, project manager and sales engineer . Jim has also completed the plumbing system design curriculum at UCLA.
Abel started in the industry in 1998 and joined Osborne Company in 2017. Abel has responsibility for residential & multi-family sales of our product lines in the counties of: Alameda, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin and Sonoma. Abel has responsibly for commercial sales of our product lines in the counties of Marin and Sonoma. Abel is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer, builder, engineer, facility and end-user partners in the territory. Abel is a graduate of UC Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Frank started in the industry in 1977 and joined Osborne Company in 2008. Frank has responsibility for residential, multi-family, and commercial sales of our product lines all counties in the state of Nevada except Clark County. Frank is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer, builder, engineer, facility and end-user partners in the territory. Frank is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. Frank also holds an Associate Degree in Mechanical Technology from Hudson Valley CC.
Mike started in the industry in 1986 and joined Osborne Company in 2016. Mike has responsibility for residential & multi-family sales of our product lines in 10 counties: San Benito, Kings, Tulare, Inyo Fresno, Madera, Mono, Merced, Mariposa and Tuolumne. Mike is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer and builder partners in the territory.
Rick started his career in service to our country, specifically the US Marines in Communications before entering the plumbing industry in 1991. Rick joined Osborne Company in 2004. Rick has responsibility for residential & multi-family sales of our product lines in 14 counties: Contra Costa, Solano, Yolo, Napa, Lake, Colusa, Glenn, Mendocino, Tehama, Humboldt, Trinity, Shasta, Siskiyou and Del Norte. Rick is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer and builder partners in the territory.

Jim is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer and builder partners in the territory. Jim is a graduate of University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Chris started in the industry in 1982 and joined Osborne Company in 1984. Chris is responsible for overseeing the management of our territory sales managers, wholesale corporate accounts, builder accounts and key production plumbers. Chris is also responsible for the management of our Hawaii territory. Chris is a graduate of Ferris State University with an Associate Degree in General Education.
Bill started in the industry in 1988 and joined Osborne Company in 2001. Bill is responsible for manufacturer relations and overseeing the company’s engineering, business development, service and aftermarket sales divisions. Bill is a graduate of UC Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Cindy started in the industry in 1990 and joined Osborne Company in 2011. Cindy is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and provides support to our inside sales team and accounting departments. Cindy carries a license in General Engineering from the state of CA.
Ashley started in the industry in 2003 and joined Osborne Company in 2007. Ashley is responsible for manufacturer relations and overseeing the company’s overall strategy, operations, strategic business decisions and commercial sales division. Ashley is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
