He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Management.
Trevor began his career in the industry in 2023 and joined Osborne Company in 2005. He leads residential and multi-family sales across 17 counties, including San Joaquin, Sacramento, Calaveras, Amador, Alpine, El Dorado, Placer, Sutter, Yuba, Butte, Nevada, Sierra, Plumas, Lassen, Merced, Stanislaus, and Modoc. He is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with distribution partners, contractors, developers, and builders throughout the territory, ensuring strong representation of Osborne Company’s product lines.
Trevor is a graduate of Boise State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Construction Management.
Nic began his career in the industry in 2000 and joined Osborne Company in 2025. With more than two decades of experience, he oversees the company’s financial and administrative operations, compliance and risk management, employee engagement, and strategic human resources planning.
He is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in History and holds a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.
Carrie started in the industry in 2019 and joined Osborne Company in 2025. Carrie is responsible for managing financial and administrative operations, compliance and risk management, employee engagement, and strategic human resources planning. Carrie is a California State University, East Bay graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences Management and Administration.
Lindy began her career in the industry in 2004 and joined Osborne Company in 2025. She is responsible for managing manufacturer relations and overseeing the company’s engineering, business development, and commercial divisions, ensuring alignment between technical strategy and market growth initiatives.
She is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.

Nicholas started in the industry by joining the Osborne Company in 2024. Nicholas is responsible for commercial quotations and inside sales support of our various manufacturers. Nicholas is a San Francisco State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration focusing on marketing.
Tyler started in the industry by joining the Osborne Company in 2024. Tyler is responsible for commercial quotations and inside sales support of our various manufacturers. Tyler is a San Francisco State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics focusing on behavioral studies.

Matt is responsible for the residential and multifamily sales of our product lines in the counties of Alameda, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma. Matt is responsible for supporting our builder partners in the Greater Bay Area. Matt graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
