Leon began his career in the industry in 2022 and joined Osborne Company in 2025. He is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, facility teams, and end-user partners throughout the territory.
He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Management.
Nic began his career in the industry in 2000 and joined Osborne Company in 2025. With more than two decades of experience, he oversees the company’s financial and administrative operations, compliance and risk management, employee engagement, and strategic human resources planning.
He is a graduate of UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in History and holds a Master of Accounting and Financial Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.
Lindy began her career in the industry in 2004 and joined Osborne Company in 2025. She is responsible for managing manufacturer relations and overseeing the company’s engineering, business development, and commercial divisions, ensuring alignment between technical strategy and market growth initiatives.
She is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, where she earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
Nicholas started in the industry by joining the Osborne Company in 2024. Nicholas is responsible for commercial quotations and inside sales support of our various manufacturers. Nicholas is a San Francisco State University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration focusing on marketing.
Matt started in the industry by joining Osborne in 2023. Matt is responsible for the residential and multifamily sales of our product lines in the counties of Alameda, San Mateo, San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma. Matt is responsible for supporting our builder partners in the Greater Bay Area. Matt graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Kendra started in the industry by joining Osborne in 2023. Kendra is responsible for inside sales support of our various manufacturers, order processing, inventory control and purchasing.
Doug started in the industry in 2008 and joined Osborne Company in 2023. Doug has responsibility for residential & multi-family sales of our product lines in 14 counties: Contra Costa, Solano, Yolo, Napa, Lake, Colusa, Glenn, Mendocino, Tehama, Humboldt, Trinity, Shasta, Siskiyou, and Del Norte. Doug is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer and builder partners in the territory. Doug is a licensed contractor in CA and is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Kyle started in the industry in 2022 and joined Osborne Company in 2022. Kyle is responsible for commercial quotations and inside sales support of our various manufacturers. Kyle is a graduate of Montana Tech of the University of Montana with a focus in General Engineering and Precision Machining.
Drew started in the industry in 2019 and joined Osborne Company in 2021. Drew is responsible for commercial quotations and inside sales support of our various manufacturers. Drew is a Southern New Hampshire University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management.
Paul started in the industry in 1985 and joined Osborne Company in 2020. Paul has responsibility for residential, multi-family, and commercial sales of our product lines in all counties in the state of Nevada except Clark County. Paul is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer, builder, engineer, facility and end-user partners in the territory. Paul has vast experience in the plumbing industry and has worked in all sectors of the trade as a journeyman plumber, project manager, wholesale distributor, and manufacturer.
