Leon began his career in the industry in 2022 and joined Osborne Company in 2025. He is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, facility teams, and end-user partners throughout the territory.
He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Engineering Management.
Doug started in the industry in 2008 and joined Osborne Company in 2023. Doug has responsibility for residential & multi-family sales of our product lines in 14 counties: Contra Costa, Solano, Yolo, Napa, Lake, Colusa, Glenn, Mendocino, Tehama, Humboldt, Trinity, Shasta, Siskiyou, and Del Norte. Doug is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer and builder partners in the territory. Doug is a licensed contractor in CA and is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Paul started in the industry in 1985 and joined Osborne Company in 2020. Paul has responsibility for residential, multi-family, and commercial sales of our product lines in all counties in the state of Nevada except Clark County. Paul is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer, builder, engineer, facility and end-user partners in the territory. Paul has vast experience in the plumbing industry and has worked in all sectors of the trade as a journeyman plumber, project manager, wholesale distributor, and manufacturer.
Robert started in the industry in 2011 and joined the Osborne team in 2019. Robert has responsibility for residential & multi-family sales of our product lines in 6 counties: Alameda, Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito. Robert is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our distributors, contractors, developer and builder partners in the territory.
Bryan started in the industry in 2017 and joined Osborne Company in 2017. Bryan is responsible for the post-sale technical execution of engineered equipment and systems, serving as the primary point of accountability for contractor support, field services, equipment startups, commissioning, and warranty-related activities. He works closely with wholesalers, contractors, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution, timely issue resolution, and a consistent customer experience following equipment installation. Bryan is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
Jim started in the industry in 1983 and joined Osborne Company in 2011. Jim is responsible for maintaining relationships with our mechanical contractor, consulting engineer, facility and end-user partners in the territory. Jim Thurston has vast experience in commercial plumbing and piping as a business owner, estimator, project manager and sales engineer . Jim has also completed the plumbing system design curriculum at UCLA.
Mike started in the industry in 1986 and joined Osborne Company in 2016. Mike has responsibility for residential & multi-family sales of our product lines in 10 counties: San Benito, Kings, Tulare, Inyo Fresno, Madera, Mono, Merced, Mariposa and Tuolumne. Mike is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer and builder partners in the territory.
Jim started in the industry in 1978 and joined Osborne Company in 1995. Jim has responsibility for residential & multi-family sales of our product lines in 17 counties: San Joaquin, Sacramento, Calaveras, Amador, Alpine, El Dorado, Placer, Sutter, Yuba, Butte, Nevada, Sierra, Plumas, Lassen, Merced, Stanislaus and Modoc. Jim is responsible for maintaining relationships with our distribution, contractor, developer and builder partners in the territory. Jim is a graduate of University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
