At Osborne Co. Inc. we strive to provide you with the best customer service possible. That is why on our newly designed website we are excited to provide for you, for the first time, the ability to live chat with one of our staff at the click of a button.
This live support feature will be available during normal business hours. This feature can be accessed by clicking on the live chat icon on the bottom right of the screen. This will open up the chat window and allow you to be connected to one of our staff members. To start directing the chat you can immediately type in help and the chat will start to be directed.
Clicking on the ✖ in the upper right corner will end the chat at any time. The chat can than be restarted by once again clicking on the live chat icon. We hope that the addition of this live chat service will help to improve our customer service beyond the level you already come to expect from us.
